Sorrel has a season- its now- and it tastes like SPRING! Tangy, tart, even "grassy"... but full of the vim and vigor one can use from time to time. We recommend the sauce recipe from our Google+ recipes... and we also recommend relishing this vanishing flavor, as sorrel is best in spring and only comes once in a while to the Spring CSA!
